The Mayor serves a four-year term.

The City Council members serve four-year terms.

City Hall is located at 413 S Main Street and includes the Mayor’s office/Council, Water Department, City Police and City Judge/Court.

The Public Works shop is located at 601 N Main Street and is where you will find the Public Works Director, Maintenance and Water/Wastewater Operators.

City court is held at City Hall at 413 S Main Street.

The Police Department is located at City Hall and consists of the Chief of Police, Sergeant and Patrolmen. The Police Department also maintains Animal Control in the City of Conrad.

The Fire Department is located at 15 5th Ave SW. The local Fire Department is always prepared to come to the rescue.

The City of Conrad requires Building Permits for any structural work done on your property. This includes residential and commercial properties.

The Conrad Public Library is located 15 4th Ave SW and is to provide services, spaces, and experiences to encourage literacy, inspire curiosity, and strengthen community.

The Conrad Municipal Pool is located at 601 S Virginia St and is open seasonally for community summer enjoyment and to keep cool on those hot summer days.
