Freezing water lines
The City of Conrad will implement summer rates to all water users for the March billing because of the additional cost on water bills for leaving taps running, according to City officials. Leaving taps open at a trickle is all that is necessary to prevent freezing. As a result, we will use the months of November & December 2018 and January & February 2019 for sewer averaging purposes.
